Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal or log into your account to select the order and specific footwear items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original, undamaged branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse verifies the item's condition.
